Mr. Anoop Errabelli

Mr. Anoop Errabelli is the Founder and Director of Skill Stork International School, where he provides strategic leadership with a clear focus on building future-ready learning environments. His approach to education is rooted in the belief that schools must go beyond academic instruction and actively develop thinking, adaptability, and character in every learner.

With an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Mr. Anoop brings a strong blend of academic grounding, systems thinking, and long-term planning to school leadership. His professional journey has shaped a perspective that values structure, innovation, and purposeful execution in education.

At Skill Stork International School, he has led the creation of a holistic academic ecosystem that integrates global curricula with strong foundational values. Under his leadership, the school emphasises not only subject knowledge, but also essential 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, research aptitude, communication, collaboration, and social responsibility.

Mrs. Sonal Nichat

Mrs. Sonal Nichat brings nearly three decades of experience in school leadership and academic administration, with deep expertise in international education programmes, particularly the International Baccalaureate (IB). Her professional journey reflects a strong understanding of global curricula, learner-centred pedagogy, and high-quality academic systems.

As Principal of Skill Stork International School, she provides clear academic direction while fostering a school culture that is structured, inclusive, and student-focused. She emphasises conceptual learning, inquiry-driven teaching, and consistency in academic standards, ensuring that classroom practices align with international expectations as well as the developmental needs of students.

Mrs. Sonal Nichat places strong importance on teacher development and collaborative leadership, recognising that empowered educators are central to meaningful learning. Alongside academic rigour, she prioritises student wellbeing, character development, and responsible citizenship, creating an environment where learners feel confident, supported, and challenged.

Mrs. Ujwala Pawar

Ms. Ujwala Pawar brings three decades of academic experience within the CBSE education system and provides steady, knowledgeable leadership to the school’s CBSE programme. Her expertise spans curriculum planning, classroom practices, academic supervision, and student progression across primary, secondary, and senior levels.

She is widely respected for her emphasis on conceptual clarity, structured learning frameworks, and disciplined academic practices, ensuring that students develop strong foundations rather than relying on rote preparation. Her approach supports deep understanding, application of knowledge, and consistent academic outcomes.

As Head of the CBSE Programme at Skill Stork International School, Ms. Pawar works closely with teachers to align pedagogy with CBSE expectations, strengthen assessment practices, and maintain continuity in learning standards.
